The Elephant Heart Plum is a moderately growing fruit tree.  The fruit is known for its grey skin and heart shape.  The flesh is red and juicy with a nice flavor.  The chill hours are relatively low, so it is a good choice for mild climates.  If planted in the right conditions, Elephant Heart will begin producing fruit 3 to 5 years after being planted.
